Rule 26
Regular inspection
:
(1) Before the flight of any aircraft, the aircraft maintenance certificated inspector as per clause (y) of rule 32 or as per sub-rule (2) of rule 49 must certify that all the devices and accessories required for the flight and operation of the said aircraft are installed in proper condition. The aircraft should not be flown until the aircraft maintenance certificate is inspected and verified by the carrier (inspector).
(2) According to sub-rule (1), other arrangements related to regular inspection of aircraft shall be as mentioned in the annex and manual.
